Charleston New Home Rebates, AKA Charleston Agent Commission Splits are available on New Construction from Charleston Homes For Sale Realty Company throughout Charleston, Berkeley & Dorchester Counties.
Here is how New Home Rebates work in South Carolina.
The price you pay for the home you choose typically includes commissions paid by the Home Builder to both the Sellers Agent and a Buyers Agent. The Builder will not share the commission with you if you are not working with a Buyer’s Agent unless you are a licensed Agent.
To receive up to 75% of our Commission at the closing of your transaction, you will need to become our client by signing our Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement and New Home Rebate Guarantee. We offer a no cost consultation Online or In-Person to discuss our agreement and answer any questions you may have.
As our home buying client, you will need to tell the the Builder’s Sales Agent you are working with Jay Rogers as your Realtor and Buyer’s Agent. This needs to be done before signing anything with the Builder or their Sales Agent. This way we can collect a commission at the closing of your transaction and share it with you.
Jay Rogers will disclose to the Builder, your Lender, and the Closing Attorney that Charleston Homes For Sale Realty will be providing a New Home Rebate to you at closing. This helps to ensure you will need to bring thousands of dollar less to the closing table.
The Following Documents need to be signed and returned to Charleston Homes For Sale Realty before contracting with the New Home Builder.
EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENCY AGREEMENT FORM – This is for your review – we fill it out together when we meet and add your Guaranteed Rebate amount when you decide which of the Service and Rebate Levels you want to agree to.
